If your infant likes to be held to sleep, how do you keep LO safe, and YOURSELF comfortable? Bed vs sofa vs glider? Boppy? Extra pillows? What else? Especially if you want to catch a few winks too!

When I hold LO either in the glider or sofa, we use the boppy, but at 10 lbs, he's already getting heavy! My left arm that's usually under his head starts to ache, and I need to have my left leg propped in an awkward position to keep his upper half slightly more elevated than his lower half. Eventually, the 10 lbs on my stomach starts to leave me a bit winded too, and my neck aches especially when in the glider for hours.

I haven't found a comfortable position when sitting in bed either... we have an ergonomic mattress so I can raise the head side. But the boppy on my lap is pretty low and I have nothing to rest my elbows on. What am I missing here? Any other tips?
