This article sparked an interesting conversation between me and DH, and I'm curious about what HB thinks. Some background information, the little girl was 8 years old and not wearing a shirt at a city-run wading pool. Her parents were told to cover her up. She was obviously pre-pubescent. One salient point is that it is legal in Ontario to go topless in public, but this city has a different set of rules for its facility. We sometimes see women topless protesting downtown or near Parliment. The article is a year old, but I came across it again recently.
