We keep our magazine and full page printed recipes in a 3 ring binder/notebook with labeled divider sections. Keeps them neat and mostly orderly.

You could just put them in different folders if you didn't want to have to hole punch them all and do label dividers - I just bring them to work and punch them here, so its not so much work ;-p

I rewrite them on blank recipe cards that go into a mini binder.

I have a Microsoft Word template that I use and just type the recipes up in that and save the files and organize them all electronically.

I scan them and file them along with the screenshots from online food blogs. Keeps both sources well organized. There are a few good recipe organizers online but I haven't gotten around to signing up for any.

@artbee: I still print them out when I make something but since I get "into" my cooking (i.e., messy) I like to be able to have a fresh copy if necessary. If the printed recipe is still relatively clean I keep it in a drawer for easy access if I think we'll use it frequently.

I use a photo album. I just cut out the recipes and put them in the little photo slots so that I can use it as a splatter-proof cookbook.
