I test the day before my beta, just to prepare.

When you can technically test depends on when implantation occurs. Some people implant early and that's why they get early positives. You can also be a slow builder of HCG which causes late positives. I do get the urge to test too early but I can't help it!

I've only ever tested 1-2 days before AF is due. These days I've decided I won't even buy pregnancy tests until AF is late.

I definitely prefer to wait until AF is due or even late by a day or so. This time, though, I tested at 12 dpo and got a faint positive. The earliest I have ever tested was at 8 dpo...total waste of a FRED but I was "green" then to this whole process.

8dpo. I've gotten my positives all at 10dpo.

I tested at 9DPO with C and got a faint positive! I didn't test until after AF was due with M.

6 dpo with cheapies. I got my BFP at 8dpo using evening pee and had a strong positive the next morning.

10 dpo. Although from now on, I'll probably wait until AF is due if I can somehow manage to figure that out with my all over the place cycles.

Almost every cycle i waited until 14dpo, but this last time i was feeling off so i did a wondfo at 8dpo and it was positive.

Part of me wishes i had waited because i spent that next week out of town and couldn't get betas until i was back from my trip, and i was obsessed with poas until i got that first beta back....after a cp i was afraid that i would just not be pregnant anymore, so it made me a little nutty.

Unmedicated cycles--maybe 11 or 12 dpo? But medicated cycles, not until 13 at least. I was too scared to get a positive and not know if it was the trigger shot or not!

10dpo. That's when I got my BFP with my LO.

8 dpo. have zero self control.

The cycle I got my BFP I tested first at 10dpo and it was negative then again at 12dpo and it was positive!

I don't really test because with IF it's usually just false hopes. I did test in the summer when I had a cp and that was when I was almost a week late. Usually if I test, it's because I'm at least 5 days late.

I think the earliest I've tested is 7dpo, but that was more because I knew I wouldn't be able to stop thinking about it if I didn't just do it. I got some faint positives around 9 or 10dpo, but in retrospect they were SO faint that I'm not sure if it wasn't just wishful thinking that I saw something and I just happened to actually be pregnant so that I really did see lines later. I couldn't even show them to DH until at least 12dpo.

I am 10dpo and debating whether I should POAS tomorrow or not. I originally told myself I would wait until AF was late but now I am feeling impatient and weighing the pros and cons.
