Dd is on day 4...she's in good spirits and has plenty of wet diapers but she has such a horrible diaper rash that it breaks my heart...
Ped said to give her plenty of fluids...
Just want this to pass and fwiw her diarrhea hasn't been as big as it was on day 1

DD had a stomach bug likes you described for 2 weeks maybe a bit more. Her diarrhea would seem to get better then get worse. The diaper rash was bad at times. We were finally told to give her probiotics and it finally cleared up.

@butterbean: Is it just diarrhea or is it vomiting, too? DD1 gets over the stomach bugs in about 2 days, but DD2 seems to hold on to them for 6 days (I think it has to do with her reflux).

@pinkb: what kind of probiotics did you give? we tried to mix some into her solids but she doesn't seem to want her solids at the moment
