Trying to decide whether to pack up our Fisher Price Rainforest Jumperoo or take it with us to the new house. LO used to LOVE it but now she only goes about 10 minutes. She's crawling & cruising and does not want to be contained.
PS: I'm pretty sure I posted a thread, or at least my asked my due date group, when LO would be ready for the jumperoo, like, 5 minutes ago.

We never bought one because lo played in the one at the gym nursery and i didnt want it taking up space....but Im pretty sure he used it from about 4 months to about 6 months. He started crawling shortly after and much preferred having freedom to move around.

C loved it until she started crawling... she was pretty much done after that.

Lo has been crawling for a month and a half and cruises now and she still uses it! We use it when her tummy is bothering her and she needs to poop lol. But yea, she doesn't stay in it as long. I don't think she'll use it much longer.
And seriously, I posted a thread like 5 minutes ago and wanting to buy a jumperoo but being worried my lo was too small for it!

I posted something very similar when we moved. LO was 8 months. We got rid of it because she didn't stay in it very long. Once we moved we had a play date at a friend's house. She stayed in their exersaucer for a long time. They were done with it so we borrowed it. LO never really sat in it but she payed on the outside until she walked at 15 months. Even though we kept it for a while I'm sure we would have been happy without one.

C used it occasionally up until very recently, so prob until 11 months, though not super frequently. She will still cruise around the outside of it now and play with the toys. It also was one safe place to put her when I needed her contained- like when I was cooking or something. So at a year it still gets some use, but I probably wouldn't move it.

Short lived in retrospect. Our LO used it from around 5 to 10 months. It was a godsend while it lasted though!

She still uses it at 12 months, but not for long. Long enough for me to shower though haha

Mine is only 5 months but now that she has started tying to crawl she wants nothing to do with it. My nephew is 10 months and still loves his though.

She's pretty much done now that she is crawling, but I'm keeping it out for a few more weeks so I can vacuum and such.

She is 10.5 months now and hasn't really used it in a couple of months. We're thinking about retiring it soon.

4-9 months maybe. Once he was crawling, I don't think he went back in it.
Although every so often, I'll arrive at daycare and he'll be in theirs, jumping up a storm and loving it! He's 17 months now.

She took a brief break when she started crawling and walking, but once she got used to those skills she would want to get in. Actually, we never took it down because other babies use it when they're over. She still asks to get in sometimes at 26 months

J still likes his at 10 months. Now he pulls up on the outside and plays with the toys.

Yeah, I think we are going to either leave it at my mom's (where we live now) or pack it up. She will sit in her PnP a lot longer so that's my current go-to "container" when I need to get something done.

Once he was trying to crawl, forget it. I think we packed it up around 11 months, but towards the end I was just using as a place to contian him when I needed to run upstairs or tithe basement.

Yeah, as soon as he was even the littlest bit mobile (army crawling at 6 months?) he hated the exersaucer. Surprisingly he still likes the door jumped from time to time. Especially if I'm vacuuming!

I think we were done with it around 10 months. Be started becoming more mobile and was getting a bit too tall for it since they recommend they be on their tip toes while in use.

We're right behind you, but at a little over 8.5 months, we still use it. I mainly use it for containment purposes, though, like if I need to get something done.
