J is 4 months and takes 4.5 oz. he's a chunker though. I think he would gulp down as much as he was offered before even realizing he was full.

My guess is he doesn't take as much when he is nursing.

If she's eating every two hours probably 2! But try to leave enough so your mom can offer a bit more if she seems hungry.

J takes 4 oz, but i feed her every 3.5 hrs. So 1.8 sounds about right!

I remember A would only take about 2 oz at a time at that age. I froze milk is smaller quantities because of it.

I would leave 1oz per hour gone (1.24-1.5 if you want to be extra safe!) at that age I think my DD was probably taking 3 oz every 3 hours..

My one month old is taking 6 oz/feed. He's either going to be a giant or is going through a growth spurt!

@sorrycharlie: i think you can just wait to get home to pump. Your supply is probably well established by now. Enjoy yourself!

DD takes 5oz but she only has 5 feeds in a 24 hour period. Also the amount they nurse can vary during the day so I'd leave some extra just in case.

I'd only pump when you get uncomfortable at the wedding otherwise I'd wait until you get back to nurse her.

Xander drank 5 oz every 3 hours at that age. Logan has 4-4.5 oz every 3 hours. When I am with Logan though, he nurses every 2 hours.

I pump every 3 hours when I am away from Logan, even though we nurse more frequently when we are together.

I'm not totally sure at 3 months, but at 4 months my EBF daughter started daycare and would take 2.5-3 oz every 2 hours.

DD is a week from being 4 mo and she pretty much drinks 12 oz during my work day. She sometimes drinks 4-4-4, but sometime she does 2-5-5, 3-4-5, etc... you get the idea! She has never wanted to drink more than 5 tho.

If I nurse her I feel like it's under 4 esp if she only takes 1 side, but who knows? I never did a weighted feed and they are supposed to be more efficient in getting milk from you than the pump.

My LO ate 3 ounces every three hours at that age when we were away. I went to a wedding when was slightly younger, with a similar time frame. I nursed right before I left, and LO got a bottle three hours after that. I nursed three hours after the bottle. I did not pump at the wedding.
