If we stay out past 2 pm, our daughter usually falls asleep in the stroller on the way home. Lately she's been fairly easy to transfer to bed, so it's worked out nicely.
Our son usually doesn't nap, but if we have a really busy morning sometimes he will stroller nap. It's not too common though.
How often do your kids fall asleep in the stroller while you're out and about?

We don't use strollers anymore, but DD2 will fall asleep in the car if it's past 2 pm or so.

Never! She doesn't even sleep in the car anymore, which is great if you're getting home late for a nap, but there are times when I envy people w/peacefully sleeping kids in strollers. I have reclined our B-Agile maaaybe twice in 18 months b/c she just doesn't take public naps.

DS will usually fall asleep in his stroller if we're out during his naptime. Usually he'll fall asleep a bit later than his regular time though.

i don;t attempt stroller naps very often, but since he still naps every afternoon, i think it would work if i pushed./rocked him to sleep in the stroller around nap time (just after 12pm).

My DS is almost 14 weeks and rarely falls asleep in the stroller. Sometimes he has a mini meltdown then falls asleep, but that is usually a block away from our house!

I stroller nap pretty much every day. It's far easier than attempting to get my LO into a crib.

Never. She hasn't fallen asleep in her stroller since she was a few months old

Almost never... she also doesn't routinely nap anymore. The last time she did a stroller nap was in August at the state fair. She was obviously really sleepy, but I didn't think she would actually nap. I was amazed when she conked out for 30 mins or so in the late afternoon.
