Totally freaking out here! At the end of my early evening pumping session, the pump lost suction, and I thought it was just a fluke. Came home and replaced the port filter and still nothing. Did all the trouble shooting and there is basically no suction. Called Hygeia and left a message. Anyone have experience with their customer service? I got the pump through Edgepark at the beginning of the year, I wonder if that matters. I exclusively pump for DD who is four months old.
Has this happened to anyone? How soon can they send me a replacement? Help!
