In general, my LO goes down at 6pm and her/our day begins at 6am. This hurts me in the morning as I'm bleary-eyed and tired. The hubs wants to really try and get her to have a later bedtime so she has an 8pm-8am schedule and I can get a bit more sleep in the morning. The thing is, I like that she goes to bed super early because that gives me and the hubs time in the evening to sit, relax, spend time together, and just unwind.

I would take 6pm-6am over 8pm-8am.
