How was the first day?

LO 1 had 3 successful pees in the potty, 4 accidents in underwear, 1 poop accident in underwear.

I was pretty discouraged but she got the hang of peeing the next day. Poop was another story and it took a lot longer. We tried to bribe her but she just saved her logs for her nap or night diapers for about 3 months!
