Anyone else with increased libido around ovulation know when it usually strikes? 'Cause yesterday I just about threw my husband down as soon as he walked in. And I'm feeling almost as randy today. All other signs point to my fertile period being just about, if not completely, over. (Mind you, I'm also just generally happy, which could contribute...)

Mine definitely increases around ovulation. I saw this documentary once about the science behind sex. Anyways it said that a woman face becomes more attractive to men when she is most fertile. I thought that was interesting.

Yes! Randomly, my husband noticed this a couple years ago (we always used condoms prior to TTC so no BCP to interfere with ovulation). When I was dealing with very bad depression, halfway through my cycle was the ONLY time I ever had a sex drive. My husband used to tease me that I was trying to trick him (we were pretty lax with our protection after getting married) and I'd just laugh and tell him it was some primitive survival instinct to reproduce.

Now that I'm expecting, it's a totally different kind of increased libido. -
Most definitely...like clockwork... DH (who is unaware of the CM effects during monthly cycles) always says "omg you're so excited, I don't even have to work for it!" ... LOL
