I'm looking for an inspirational book dealing with medically diagnosed infertility. I've noticed a lot books are about declining fertility or infertility issues based on advanced maternal age, but I'm looking for something that talks about more complex fertility issues, specifically one that deals with trying for a first child.

A Few Good Eggs was a book which I thought was very informative and a pleasant read (very conversational in tone). Let me know if you'd like my copy! 
ETA: May not be "inspirational"... Does go through all kinds of possible approaches with a "can be done" attitude, though.

I just downloaded an IF ebook called Ever Upward about a couple who struggled with IF for years before decided to live childless. I have not read it yet, but I've heard great things. Even though I will never decide to not have children, I imagine the struggles will be something I can relate to.
