BD timing: Absolutely no BD anywhere near my fertile period due to all sorts of things, but insemination today via IUI.

Current Cycle Day: not really sure. I'm trying to be zen this cycle.

Ovulation Date: probably this weekend or early next week.

POAS date/Usual Cycle Length: January 15th (my birthday!)/27-28 days

Cycles trying: I think this is 8 or 9 from our loss of our daughter. I think 12-13 overall. This time last year I was pregnant, so this is a new year with new things. Sigh. I do hope that as we approach our daughter's birthday/day she passed that we are pregnant or have something to look forward to in regards to our future family.

BD timing: when we feel like it.

Favorite Moment from 2012: realizing how deep our love for each other is. It also happened the same time our worst moment occurred, but we are closer and better for it.

Resolutions for POAS: I will try not to POAS until the 15th or later. I've known in my heart I wasn't pregnant these past few months, but I held out hope. I just didn't feel the same as before. I also have that fear that I don't want to feel the 'same' because what if that means it will end up the same was as before. I don't think I could go through that again.

Yay! thanks for starting this. I have been thread stalking Dec (hooray for recent BFPs!) since I rolled over and was waiting for my chance to jump back in! 2013 is our year, ladies!!

Ovulation Date: FF is predicting Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Using Clearblue Digital OPKs this month for the first time (took my first one this am it was negative). We're heading to Whistler for a ski trip on Friday so it's pretty good timing

POAS date/Usual Cycle Length: Cycles since going off the pill have been 28, 25, 29, 30, 30 so I'm thinking my body is starting to regulate into 30 day cycles. AF is scheduled for Jan 13th so that will be my official POAS date but who am I kidding, I'll probably test around Jan 10th or 11th.

BD timing: We started EOD since the 24th, but will probably ramp it up to ED once I get the smiley on the OPK!

Favorite Moment from 2012: Our honeymoon to Costa Rica...so amazing.

Resolutions for POAS: I will NOT go out and buy any more FRERs once I am out...I have 2 FRERs and 2 Digitals to confirm. I will hold off until Jan 10 at the earliest to use my first FRER! They are soooo expensive!!

Ovulation Date: Cycle is so crazy after BCP so not really sure - Dec 28 according to FF!

POAS date/Usual Cycle Length: First cycle of BCP was 40, but usually around 28 so it's hard to say.

Favorite Moment from 2012: it was kind of an uneventful year for us. i think it was seeing my family for thanksgiving (since we all live in different places and only see each other about once a year)

Resolutions for POAS: none in particular? i'm pretty good at holding out until the last possible minute to POAS.

@char54: Just stalking this thread I have pictures of every OPK smiley face I ever got! I love them! Definitely BD today and tomorrow. Once I started charting I realized I was often ovulating the DAY of the + OPK so all the BD I did after probably wasn't helping...the 1-3 days before are best, so good work for last night and definitely go for it again today!

BD timing: O -1, O -2, O -4. We were staying with parents on O day, so no BD that day

BD timing: waiting until just a few days before expected O - we started way too early last month with made it stressful and not fun

Favorite Moment from 2012: spending our anniversary in Chicago this past Oct and running a Ragnar relay last summer with some awesome teammates!

Resolutions for POAS: focus obsession on diet instead of POAS! Haha

Resolutions for POAS: No POAS until 15 dpo.

Feeling kind of low right now. DH is diabetic, so that makes this journey even tougher. I think he's going to talk to his endo this month about doing a sperm test to make sure they are mobile.

@Thehistoryofus: some people have zero CM post-O, others do not. I have creamy CM for much of my luteal phase. I would consider adding another check point in--either cervix position, or OPKs around ovulation, if tracking CM is not working.

Not to push temping, but it doesn't have to be intense. In just a few months, I've really gotten used to it and take a relaxed approach. I don't set an alarm, have skipped some mornings, and so on. You could also not temp during the TWW. Just a thought!

@Thehistoryofus: My CM is really all over the place -- I'm never really 'dry', but there's never really a lot of it. I don't think I've ever really had true EWCM...mostly just much wetter around the time of O.

This is all just so confusing and frankly I am blown away at how many things have to go absolutely right for a baby to result!

@Ash: This is my first month using OPKs and I seriously hate them too. They stress me out so much - "Why did I only get one day of positive? Why hasn't my temp spiked yet? Is it too late to BD? Why don't I have more fertile CM then if I'm ovulating?" AHHHH!!!!

I think next month I might ditch them.

I have no idea when I O but if it was early I might get something by tomorrow. We are going over to SILs house and I don't want to be drinking with a BFP.

@Thehistoryofus: No, I'm going to wait until next weekend. I'm 9DPO today. We'll be busy over the next few days with visitors, so I don't want to test while people are here. Plus, I have pretty low expectations this month since we were staying with family over Christmas. Don't encourage me

OK... add me in please. Even though my cycles have been averaging 32-34 days, and I'll probably skip January altogether, I still want to be in on the thread

Current Cycle Day: 0 (tomorrow, 12/31, will officially be cd1)
Ovulation Date: Not sure how Clomid will affect things this month, but in the past (w/o clomid) it's usually been anywhere between CD18 and CD21
POAS date/Usual Cycle Length: January 31st
Cycles trying: We're officially at the one year mark of ttc
BD timing: EOD or every day ... whichever we feel like!

Resolutions for POAS: It's rare I ever bother to test, but I will try to be diligent about using OPKs since this will be our first month using Clomid and I have no clue what the expect.
