@reverie: Also, if you don't mind me asking...what were your signs yesterday/today? Same DPO as you, but tested today.

@TrailRunner: I had a large dinner and drank quite a bit of water but I felt super sick / full like I did when I overdid it with my son. I have also been very tired but that is so vague with a toddler! I had what was likely implantation bleeding as well.... with my son I tested positive on 10dpo but didn't try any earlier.

@TrailRunner: let's put down July 14th as my POAS! I'm a bit concerned because I have yet to have a positive OPK and it's CD15, so I'm worried I won't have a long enough luteal phase to make anything happen.

    Cycle Day: CD27
    TTC Cycle #: 2
Ovulation and POAS dates: AF is due tomorrow, so if she's not here by Saturday I'll test. Last cycle was 42 days though (first off bc) so if this cycle is 42 then I'm going to assume that's my normal.
    Baby #: 1
Your plan this month: if we're not pregnant this time, we'll amp dtd to every other day I am not planning to temp or chart for another few months.
For Fun: We're having a party on Saturday - smoking some pork shoulders and swimming. Maybe camping the following weekend. July 30 is our 12 year dating anniversary

I tested this morning at 8 DPO. It ws negative. I think I had a super faint positive at 8 DPO with my son but then waited till 9 DPO to confirm with another test and a digital, so I was hoping to get lucky and get early positives this time. I know it's still early and I have plenty of time still! But this afternoon I feel like crap. I have a migraine. I am nauseous. My body just doesnt feel right. And some low back pain. All of this could be due to the migraine though. I will test again on Friday maybe... or Saturday. We'll see.

    Hi I'm new to Hellobee!
    Cycle Day: CD5
    TTC Cycle #: 2
Ovulation and POAS dates: 12 July and 25 July
I tested too early last month and it made me hope that it was a false negative! So I hoping that by testing the day before AF, I won't get my hopes up if its negative!
    Baby #: 2, I have a 19 month old son
Your plan this month: I'm using a sperm friendly lube called yes baby, DTD as much as possible with a toddler who doesn't sleep and trying to cut back breastfeeds .
For Fun: Does anyone have any special vacations or events going on in July? No special plans apart from trying to stay warm! It's really cold in Australia top temp of 48 degrees Fahrenheit today!

@TrailRunner: Thanks! I'm hoping they are positive signs! I feel much better this morning after I got up Who would ever think we'd be happy to feel like crap!

My telltale sign that I was pregnant the other 3 times (2 MCs and my son) were sore boobs. So far they are fine. They have a moment of soreness here and there, but nothing out of the ordinary. My fingers are still crossed!

@Dr. Pepper: awww...I hope you feel like crap again! (The only time I can ever say this to someone. )

I'm not really what to think about what is going on with me. I have incredibly sore nipples, and it is painful to wear a bra or a shirt with no bra. I had a spike in my temps this morning, but I slept poorly last night and accidentally left the room a couple degrees higher than normal. (It was a big spike tho.) I also have AF back cramps (only ever get back cramps with AF), and I got a BFN this morning at 10dpo.

@Reverie I had a squinty 9dpo test with my daughter!

I'm 6DPO and have been feeling really nauseous, but I'm also on antibiotics right now so I don't want to get too excited.

Finally got a positive OPK. We DTD every other day for the last 10 days dues to changes the app I use kept making to my suggested fertile window. Thinking about sweet talking DH into one more BD session tonight. If this isn't our month, I hope my cycle calms down a bit!

Well... I suppose I should move over here even though I feel like I'm not done with June yet...
I have yet to get AF, so far I'm 5 days late. I've been having lots of cramping and sore boobs, but I got a BFN 3 days ago on a FRER digi. So I'm just waiting for AF to show up, getting frustrated!
Hopefully I can officially join you all soon!

I took a frer this morning. It looks like 2 lines to me. But my digital clear blue test was negative. I know they aren't as sensitive, so I'll wait a couple days and try my other digital. I'm cautiously optimistic right now. I had 2 early miscarriages prior to having my son. So I probably won't fully believe I'm pregnant until I hear or see a heartbeat. Now I have to decide if I want to monitor this pregnancy like I did with my son. I was so freaked out with him that the doctors did serial hCGs every other day and then did an ultrasound once it got to a certain point. That helped calm me down a lot.

    Cycle Day: 16
    TTC Cycle #: 6
Ovulation and POAS dates: Sometime this weekend? I'm not doing any tracking this month. I'll POAS 7/18
    Baby #: 2
Your plan this month: R-E-L-A-X! I've been stressing out about timing and getting pregnant so much that I decided to take a different approach this month. So lots of fun BDing this weekend
For Fun: Does anyone have any special vacations or events going on in July? We leave for a week long annual family vacation on the 10th.

Well, I'll join because I need some advice!

    Cycle Day: CD29
TTC Cycle #: 17 or 18, who's really counting now
Ovulation and POAS dates: June 21 or 22nd and July 2
    Would be Baby #1

Your plan this month: NTNP, but can't help it, I'm a crazy person so I'm still keeping up with my cycle. Just no OPKs or timing sex.

For Fun: Does anyone have any special vacations or events going on in July? I'm an attorney and I'm taking a second bar exam (hence the NTNP).

Like most folks who have tried for a while, I convince myself that I have pregnancy symptoms every month. This has been a weird cycle though, because I had pink/brown spotting on CD25. I usually have spotting the day of my period or the day before. Also I should start my period either yesterday or today and I'm still waiting. I caved and POAS this morning with a grocery store cheapie (still like $4) and BFN. I'm pretty sure I'm out but the spotting was so weird! Also sore boobs (usual for me) and heartburn/nausea (might be from yesterday's hot wings, but I literally have had heartburn 2-3x in my entire life). Bodies are strange, y'all.

AF just showed up for me a couple days early. That makes my LP only ten days the past few cycles. Has anyone else had a ten day LP and still been able to get pregnant?

  35. reverie

    kiwi / 661 posts

@TrailRunner: last month my period came a few days early just to rub it in.... maybe that means next month is yours I think some people recommended b vitamins to help extend luteal phase. sorry you're out this month

@TrailRunner: boo! I'm sorry. I've also heard about vitamin b for lengthening the luteal phase but I've never looked into it. I might have to do some research now. The pharmacist nerd in me is curious!

@TrailRunner: I'm sorry AF arrived I've been pregnant 3 times with a short LP. I do take a BComplex to lengthen my LP. Without it I range about 8 days. I did get pregnant last summer without taking anything because we weren't trying at the time. The pregnacy developed fine, we terminated for medical reasons but that was nothing to do with my LP. With my healthy DD pregnancy though, I took B100 complex for two months before getting pregnant. I started it on CD1.

@Dr. Pepper: Definitely positive, congrats! There's a pregnancy after loss thread (maybe a board?) that I found very helpful. It's definitely scary. Sending lots of sticky dust!

  40. TrailRunner

    kiwi / 585 posts

@reverie: @Dr. Pepper: @delight: thank you! I actually took the b vitamins last cycle, but it didn't extend my LP. Granted it was only one cycle so it could just take time. I didn't take it this cycle bc I would always forget in the morning and then take it too late and get horrible sleep. I already wake up a few times a night anyways, and it was miserable. Maybe I'll put a post it note on my mirror reminding me in the morning. I know ten day LP isn't considered a big deal by most dr's, so hopefully it won't be an issue for me. @delight: thank you for sharing your personal experiences.
