Spray. My husband and I have an ongoing war about leaving it on the spray setting (he uses it for everything!) but it's definitely great for some stuff. It isn't my default but I use it almost every day.

We rarely ever use it, but comes in handy for the rare moments we do.

Use the spray every day. I would definitely get it.

I use it everyday. It is a bit messy sometimes but love it. I mostly use it to spray the sink to clean it out, large one basin sink.

My biggest regret from our kitchen renovation is not getting a sprayer. I didn't think I would miss it, but I definitely do. We have a larger sink and it's such a pain to clean out without one.

Oh and my husband gets cranky when I use it and don't flip it back becauae it gets water everywhere when he gets a cup of water

I use my sprayer all the time (daily for sure) but mine is separate from my faucet, no idea how big of a difference that makes.

Yeah, I need to have the spray. Having it separate is totally fine though.

The kitchen sink in DH's old apartment when we meet didn't have a sprayer or detachable thing at all. It drove me completely nuts. How are you supposed to get the sink clean?!

I just bought a house and there is no spray and it makes life harder.

@Boopers: that's a long time without! we are planning on remodeling so it may be that long for us too. However, DH will be installing a dishwasher in the next month, I can't go 2 years without that.
