Does anyone have a recommendation on a spray sunscreen for my 6 and 3 year old? I really like blue lizard, but I’d love something quicker and less messy! I’ve used coppertone in a pinch, but want something with less chemicals. Thanks!

We like Alba Botanica kids spray sunscreen. Goes on clear and I believe it’s recommended by the Skin Cancer Foundation.

I use the babyganics pump spray (not aerosol) when I want to do it quickly. It goes on quickly and rubs in easily. But I don’t feel like I do it as thoroughly as when I use a thicker regular one so I only use it for short times outside. Plus I have heard babyganics isn’t the LEAST chemical-y option. So that’s my quick in a pinch one.

Big fan of Sun Bum for my 9yo who does her own sunscreen everyday. Sprays easily and evenly!

I have been using the Alba spray sunscreen for my kids for the past 2 years. Just spray and rub it in. Easy application.

I use Beautycounter mist...non aerosol. I find it quick and easy. They also have a stick that is great for faces, shoulders, tops of feet...etc

I have a love hate with more natural sunscreen. I love that it has less chemicals but I HATE how hard it is to rub in. I recently found out that Banana Boat spray doesn't contain Oxybenzone, has the same active ingredients as Alba and Sun Bum and is like half the price, so that has been my compromise.
