Not too long ago, someone here was asking about leggings and I saw that Zella was recommended by a few bees. i found some simulate leggings at Kohls, for the half the price. They super comfortable, are thick like pants, high waisted and even have functional back pockets! I bought them Sunday and have already worn them 3 times this week! I thought I'd share for anyone looking! (They are in the juniors department but I think they would work for anyone. @snowjewelz: I know it's a little odd but I got used to it quickly. Leggeings are out of the norm for me anyway, so it wasn't a big deal for me to accept yet another thing about the pants that I wouldn't usually go for!

I recently found some thicker leggings in the teen section at H&M. They don't have pockets but they are very soft and super loooong. I think tall women could get away with wearing them (I'm average).

@lamariniere: I'm taller! I'll check them out. Part of the reason leggings are such a stretch for me is that as a kid I was so insecure about my height and the way my clothes fit because of it, I always wanted my pants to cover my foot lol I've grown out of that but I still feel a little "off" when my pants stop just at the ankle.

@Mrs. Sunshine: these are the ones I bought. I got the 13-14 size (which seems ridiculous) but the 14+ size were super duper long on me. But they are thicker and cozy compared to their normal leggings.

@lamariniere: Can I be rude and ask if you're willing to share what size you'd normally be in women's jeans or leggings? I'd love to try these. I've worn some Zara girls' clothes in the 13-14 size, but that's been more vests/coats than pants.

These are cute. I don't remember how juniors sizing works; what size did you order vs. the size you normally wear in adult clothes?

@PinkElephant: I don't wear a lot of pants, but I do have Zella leggings (that I wore today!) and they are XS (I'm 5'4 and fairly slim). It's hard to find good leggings where I live, hence wandering over to the junior section.
@PawPrints: in Europe they have the size in centimeters in addition to the age size for juniors so it was easy to find my size based on height. I have no idea how it would work for normal junior sizing though.
