This is the one area where I could use the most improvement! I prefer to eat larger portions twice a day, rather than eat smaller portions three times a day (or five times a day, like they say you should). But that's not supposed to be good for you.

I drink a lot of water which helps fill me up - but still, for me nothing beats that feeling of being full after a meal. It's an addiction, and I would love to break it!
