I've finally come to terms as to why all of my dieting attempts have failed in the past. I have absolutely no portion control. If there is food in front of me or on my plate I will eat it all. I think I get this from my husband. I love him to death, but he eats so much and soooo fast! So I feel like I need to eat just as much/as fast as him! I know that's completely unrealistic, but I think that's how my brain it. I mean now even at work for lunches, I've noticed that I am bringing more becuase I'm used to packing my husband's lunches

How do you control your portions? Any thing that might help!
