In the "Beyond Miscarriage Support" thread we realized how often we tell each other to "be kind" to ourselves post-loss, and how important it can be to pamper ourselves in order to help deal and recover.

We thought we might help each other by creating a mail and gift exchange focusing on pampering and being kind.

In addition to a $10-25 gift, it would also be nice to send cards or notes occasionally just so that people have happy mail coming in.

Also, since the Loss forums are new, it might be nice to get to know each other better!
