Do you keep your LO's hair short or let it grow out?
I keep wanting to let E's hair grow, but once it starts to get a little bit long I always have a very strong urge to cut it. Maybe I'll let it grow out for the winter!

We keep it short it gets crazy and out of control in the humidity and is much cuter cut.

I prefer to keep it short. I don't love the long hair look (although definitely cute on some!), and my parents are always harassing me, "Isn't it time for a haircut?"

His hair is not long enough to cut yet. It's looking curly though so I imagine I'll cut it so he doesn't too big /frizzy looking

We've been keeping it short this summer - I was hoping he'd get the cute curls like last summer but his hair has gotten so thick, it just looks shaggy when it's long!

Same boat... his hair grows like weeds, I like the texture/waviness of when it's long, but he starts scratching at his ears... then we take him in.... he needs one every 3-4 months.

We're growing it out. It's never been really short, but we're quickly moving into "baby bro" territory. I'd like to get it similar to this

@BananaPancakes: I pinned that on Pinterest for DS's hair
I got one short cut done bc his hair is stick straight and looked crazy around his ears

We grow out his hair because he throws an epic tantrum every time we have to bring him in for a haircut. Surprisingly he let me cut his hair last week, and I didn't butcher it. Yay! Haircuts at home from now on, which means I'll probably make a better effort to keep it short.

@BananaPancakes: I love that on little boys, but I don't think J has the right hairline!!
He finally has hair since turning 2! We'll grow it out for now and see how it turns out

I would love to grow it long but although he has LOTS of hair (needs a haircut every 6 weeks....) it's very fine...so he looks like a raggamuffin when it gets to a certain length. So we cut it short.

Long, then buzz it off when he asks, generally when it starts getting in his eyes.

Short! I like little boys with almost buzz cuts. For example, I'm itching to cut DS1's hair shorter now...

@BananaPancakes: that's one of my inspiration pics!
I'm sticking with long and I have to fight everyone about it and use hair cream. But I'm sticking with it for now!
And he does look like a ragamuffin half the time. We even call him that...

@beaker: @Mrs Green Grass: Some seriously handsome toddler boys on Hellobee!
I want to grow out J's hair, but every time it goes over his ears it really irritates him, so we end up cutting it.

@Mrs Green Grass: I can't believe how big he's getting! Such a cutie pie.

Longish! I love the surfer look We do have to cut it when it gets down to his eyes because he brushes it off his forehead but in the wrong direction (away from his part) and then his hair just looks all jacked up.

Short. His bangs or front of his hair gets too long. His recent haircut is nice and short.

He has had 2 trims in his life. Granted his hair didn't really start growing until over the last year but I like it long anyways. He's going to have lots and lots of years to have it short, why rush it?

DS has a pompadour. It wasn't on purpose, but now I can't bring myself to get rid of it - it's so cute! He's had 8 haircuts (trims) at 17m old. Dude has so much hair.

@ValentineMommy: oh my gosh. That is the best hair ever!
I love the long hair looks!

@ValentineMommy: Ahhhh! So cute!
J gets haircuts all the time, I like it short - he just looks so handsome with a fresh cut.
I don't mind longer hair on boys but I like it to be a long cut/style not just grown out - if that makes sense.

Xander's hair just doesn't grow... here he is at 16 months and we've never cut his hair.

@Mrs Green Grass: We have to use product to keep it in check, as well. We're dealing with it being heavily in his eyes right now, which is driving me nuts, but my hair stylist said to let it go for a while and then she'll clean it up some. Both her older boys have long hair and she does a good job with it.

@Mrs. Champagne: and @Mrsjets: Thank you!! People try to touch his hair wherever we go!

We keep it short-ish. When he starts getting wings over his ears we cut it (he's had 2 cuts so far at 18 mo.) but his hair is really thick on top of his head and it gets really Trump-like if we don't trim it.

We keep it short. I'm not usually a fan of longer hair on boys.
