S turned 10 months a week ago and is not crawling yet. Of course everyone keeps asking me about it and that's kind of annoying...but really it's not worrying me much and I figure (hope) it's like one of those things that I worry about and then soon after sorts itself out.

So she can roll just fine, scoot all over on her tummy by pushing herself backwards, get into sitting position from her tummy, pull up to standing from sitting (although she doesn't do this that often) and then she'll get on all fours all the time but cannot figure out how to move forwards! It's like she doesn't want to even try because she feels like she can't do it. I feel bad for her because she clearly wants to move in that way, but can't

She's not a physical baby, although she sat up fairly early at 5 months, she didn't show any interest in rolling or moving until 8-9 months. So, I don't know...would you be worried? Any Mum's of late crawlers/babies who skipped crawling care to chime in?
