My favorite part of being a SAH mom was having SO much time with my daughter that I didn't feel guilty taking some time off on weekends to do my own thing while my husband watched her.

@deerylou: I al so second the pants with no zippers thing. I consider it a dress up day when I put on jeans. My hubby asks what the occasion is.

I'm on maternity leave now and I love that I can get all of our errands done during the week, so weekends can be 100% family time. I also love that I don't get the sunday night blues!

I will update my answer. After our morning/afternoon, my favorite thing is being able to put on Thomas and take a nap on the couch!

Not having to force my brain to work when it wants to zone out. I'm not sure I can explain this very well but DH has a hard time focusing and concentrating while coping with sleep deprivation. Because I SAH I can usually postpone any decisions until my brain is working again.
Omg and no work drama (no working with difficult people).
