What has been your experience with the personal helium balloon tanks?
We picked up a balloon time one yesterday and I'm disappointed! I blew up the balloons about 2 hrs pre party and by the end of the night the balloons were falling down. I got a Mylar number balloon and it didn't even float?
I got it thinking I'll use it for dd2's 1st birthday in 4 months. Now I'm wondering if the tank will leak out before then?

Never filled Mylar but filled regular balloons and it worked great!
I think they are only suppose to last around 7 hours- did they last that long?

I love them but I have never used the same tank for more than one party. We usually fill latex balloons 1-2 hours before we need them and they last a long time.

I had one for E's first bday and I just used it for her second, so no leaking here

It won't leak. Just make sure you turn the knob off. We used one tank for like 5 balloons for Rs 1 yr shoot and then used the rest for her 2nd bday. We bought two tanks at Target. The first tank only filled like 20 balloons. But the 2nd we had over 30 out of it! But they lasted all day from both tanks.
