I gained 50+ pounds during my pregnancy--a size 2 to.. a who knows what size? Yikes! I dropped 30lbs without even trying, but held onto the remaining 20 until I started working out.

I did "Insanity" for a month and dropped 10lbs. It was too intense for me since I'm still breastfeeding.. so now I'm doing Jillian's "30 Day Shred."

This new workout is perfect! It's short (25 mins) and all the exercises are doable without modification.
