Okay, this was stupid on all counts, but I just ate about 1/2 cup of Fage 0%...that was about 6 months expired. It was sealed and looked, smelled, and tasted fine, but still stupid, especially when I had some nice, normal yogurt in the house.

How freaked out should I be right now? Realistically, I think the risk of listeriosis from yogurt is very low. Anyone want to chastise or reassure me?

(FYI: I'm 25weeks pregnant.)
