With my first LO, I bought a pretty stiff, semi-padded glider. It was not super comfy and LO still uses it so I'm planning on getting a new one for LO2--now I'm armed with the knowledge that it'll be my new home away from home! Does anyone have a glider that they LOVE? Bonus points if it reclines and/or comes with an ottoman!

I actually got it from Walmart for $400. It is soooo comfortable. I am 5'3" and OH is 6'4" and we both love it.

This is mine, although in a different color. You can buy a matching ottoman for it too, which we also have.

My Monte glider doesn't recline, but there are similar models that glide, swivel, and recline. I can't say enough good things about my glider or the ottoman. Mine is from LON.

I bought a Best chair rocker/recliner and I love love love it 4 years later. It reclines nearly flat, has a high back for my head. My son still fits next to me. I'm short but my 6'4 husband is also comfy on it. get it!!!

I have a best chairs as well (Quinn model). I must admit mine isnt very pretty lol but it's the most comfortable thing ever and I lived in it after I had my son.
I've toyed with the idea of getting rid of it over the years and never could part with it. I'm glad I didn't since number two is on the way and I don't care how ugly it is, it's the best thing ever for nursing and cuddling!
I'd buy another one in a heart beat. -

A bit embarrassed to say but ours is from Big Lots and we love it! LOL. I just could not bring myself to spend so much money on a glider and my husband found this one. It is pretty comfortable and looks better in person than in the pic although it's certainly not the prettiest.
In the end, it worked out best because my son had awful reflux and threw up all over the chair multiple times a day for many many months. It just wipes off the faux leather! Would have ruined a fabric glider.

@MrsADS: That looks incredibly comfy! Hey, no shame, Big Lots was actually my first stop. Our store definitely was missing out on the comfy chairs!

Another vote for Best (got it from BuyBuyBaby). I *think* our model is the Irvington...? Anyway, it's big, so cushy, still looks new after 2 years. DH is much bigger than me so it was important that we got one that he fits and can be comfortable in and still looks decent.
