So I am finally feeling well enough to begin exercising more (21 weeks) but now that this baby is bigger I am noticing a lot of mild/moderate round ligament pain when I'm exercising. Is it safe to keep going within what I can tolerate? Or should I take it as a sign to stop and rest? I'm not doing anything strenuous. ..walking, stationary bike, and considering starting yoga back up. Any ideas?
that was my first instinct too but I feel like it's been one thing after another this pregnsncy and i kinda feel like im just making excuses. We have an indoor pool so maybe I can try their water classes.
