Although I don't have experience with one child without food allergies, both of my kids showed signs of their food allergies around 2.5 to 3 months old. With DS1 he had really bad eczema and mucus-y green stool with the occasional streaks of blood. Once I eliminated foods in my diet, I saw improvement in his skin and stool. With DS2 he had the same signs as well as excessive spit up and reoccurring bloody stool.

DD1 has eczema (and probably mild asthma) but no food allergies. DD2 is eight months and broke out in a rash and hives after her first exposure to peanuts (also has eczema). We'll be seeing an allergist to follow up.
