First baby was a girl and now we're having a boy. All the big things we got for number 1 we tried to stick with gender neutral - car seat, crib, pack and play, swing, rock n play. Other than clothes is there anything else I should be buying for baby #2, or would be different for a boy?

- Baby bath toiletries/medical stuff

The only thing I can potentially see missing from your list is a double stroller if you need it, and maybe another monitor (if you still use one with your first).
I'm in the same boat (girl first, now expecting boy) and I've also gotten a new carrier because I didn't like the ones we got with LO, and I plan to get a bassinet or mini crib because we had a really tough time transitioning from the rock and play last time and I want to see if this baby will sleep on his back earlier. We'll also be getting a second tripp trapp for this LO.

I have a girl (4 yr) and now a 6 month old boy and we didn't get a lot of stuff either. Just clothes.
We didn't have a swing or bouncer with the first but I found a Mammaroo at a consignment sale for cheap and it was great to put the baby in while I tended to older sister.

@Chillybear: I am having the same gender, but I think the only thing on my list you don't have is diaper pail liners.

@catlady: We had just a sound monitor with #1 and while it works fine there were times i wished we had video. I had the K'tan and I liked it a lot but i might splurge for something a little more structured as i think i'll be using it a lot more this time around.
@Smurfette: Yeah i may need to replace some of my cloth diaper supplies - pail/pail liners and wet bag. i havent looked through that box yet. Not sure if we'll use the 6ish pink diapers we have or if i'll need to replace them with more "boyish" colors. i may just have enough and save them for back up when it gets close to wash day.

@Chillybear: If mine was a boy, I definitely planned on putting him in my girly diapers, just because they are still in good condition. I also second a more structured carrier for you, I loved my Ergo with H and I just bought a ring sling to wear with DD2 when she gets here. Like you, most of my gear is gender neutral.

@Chillybear: thats very similar to our list. we also had a girl first and are now having a boy. we arent buying new boppy covers though. we are getting a new diaper changing pad and new changing pad covers as well as a bassinet and woombie

The only things we've added for subsequent children are
Diapers
New pacifiers
New convertible car seats
Double stroller
Minivan
We reused everything else.

@oliviaoblivia: haha to "minivan". My husband thinks I need to upgrade my midsize SUV to a Suburban. It is NOT happening yet. 
My kids have all been the same sex (girls), but we've basically bought the following regardless of gender:
- bottle nipples
-pacifiers
- breast pump (via insurance - getting the same kind so I'l have spare parts)
- a few special seasonal accessories (like winter hats) that make telling the babies apart in photos easier a few years down the road
- loveys/personalized blankets
- wipes/diapers
- I may add a wipe warmer since this is my first winter baby
If this baby had been a boy, I was leaning towards leaving my (hot pink) stroller canopies, boppy covers, etc. the "girlier" colors...I figured those things are really for me anyway, not the baby, and I like pink! I guess you do take a lot of photos on the Boppy in the early days, though!

@Mrsbells: @PinkElephant: with #1 I registered for a naked boppy and made the cover but it didnt turn out great. I'll either tweak the pattern or just buy one.

This is my list, tho we are having same gender/season -
- New swaddles; want to try some zip up ones that we didn't have last time
- Another sound machine since DD1 will still use hers
- Another camera since we want to continue using one for DD1
- Baby carrier cover since I imagine I'd be wearing #2 a lot more and to go outside too
