I didn't have any for my girls! For DD1 I just packed a couple of sleepers. For DD2 I literally had nothing for her (she came early and my friend was washing all the newborn stuff I gave her to give back to me). So she wore a Christmas sleeper from DD1 that I had laying around!

DD2 will wear this home from the hospital. DD1 wore something similar. They each have handmade booties made by a family member who is no longer with us.

For my first child I just picked my favourite of the sleepers I had packed. For my second I bought one specifically to be his "coming home" outfit, but it was still just a cute sleeper. I just checked and I don't have any photos of either of them in either of their outfits anyway.

That's a really cute romper.

DD1 wore a little seer-sucker bubble short romper thing, but it was too big and she looked a little goofy. DD2 wore a simple pj/romper, as did DD3 (who was preemie-sized - I'd bought a super cute sweater romper, but it didn't end up fitting her until she was about 3 months old).

Remember that in most pics, she'll be in the carseat anyway and you won't see too much of the outfit!

I bought a take home outfit in 0-3 and it was going to be too big so I also bought one in newborn and he hasn't fit into newborn yet. Maybe by 3 months. Let me find a pic!

We did a gap sweatsuit in NB size.

I wonder if Nordstrom has it with free shipping. HA also has cute one pieces but they are speedy and don't do free shipping often.

We brought two options, both carters, but a bit more dressed up than a sleeper or basic onesie. I brought grey footed pants to go with the white onesie. The chambray romper was what she was supposed to wear. The onesie was the back up, and that's what she ended up wearing.

We bought special one piece outfits for both boys.

For DD due in a few days, we got her a dress/onesie thing. We have a long sleeve dress as backup if it's colder.
