It seems like a lot of us are using the Fresh 20 meal plan lately, so I thought it might be nice to have a place where we talk about our favorites. I probably follow the meal plan three of the four weeks per month, and I always worry I missed out a great recipe.

I also make substitutions and modifications pretty regularly, so if anyone has success with any changes, I want to hear about them.

I have the classic plan, but the I think all three plans (vegetarian and gluten-free) have similar meals.
