Ok, so I went to the doctor the other day and he told me a couple of things that conflict with what I am finding online, so I wanted to check with others.
1. He said that the follicular phase can change from month to month, but that the luteal phase, or the time from ovulation to your period is ALWAYS 14 days. I have a very regular 28 day cycle, so he says I ovulate on day 14. If I ovulated sooner or later, my cycles would be shorter or longer. Is this true?
2. He said that if I am having regular periods.... 28 days each month, then I am definitely ovulating. Is this true as well?
