    @looch: It's in the frozen section with the seafood. It's just little scallops and peas in a creamy sauce, so for a super quick dinner we just put in pasta!

    All the junk food is excellent. Pumkin cheesecake in the frozen section was AMAZING. But here are some faces that P and I love.

    Refrigerated Spinach Tortellini
    Frozen Chicken Green Chili Burritos
    Frozen Orange Chicken
    Frozen Jasmine Rice
    Cheese (bacon cheddar and cranberry stilton are faced when they have it)
    Tortilla chips
    Chia seeds (lowest prices)
    Coconut oil (again, lowest price)
    K cups (french roast
    Frozen Chicken Chili Lime burgers
    Reduced Guilt Guacamole

    I really love Trader joes for convenience items that are well made. Frozen dinners and such.

    @lovehoneybee: what did you get today??

    for me:
    * white lambrusco (a slightly fizzy white wine) - it is SO mild and easy to drink, and costs <$5
    * wasabi peas
    * peanut butter filled pretzels
    * vegetable fried rice. crack an egg or 2 while cooking, and add your own protein if you want. Better than their fried rice with protein included - the ingredients are different in other unexpected ways.

    for entertaining (frozen):
    * spinach dip
    * pigs in a blanket (in puff pastry)
    * spinach/kale bites -- these were a HUGE hit with all the babies/toddlers at DS' birthday party! I was shocked, but all the kids were all gobbling them down.
    * dumplings

    Seriously, I can't recommend the spinach/kale bites enough. All of the moms at the party were asking for my magical recipe, and were thrilled to find out it was just frozen TJs!

    @MrsLonghorn: is the white wine sweet or dry?

    @Bao: I heard it is still really busy.

    @MrsH: I know! Hoping first thing Monday morning isn't as terrible as say a weekend.

    @Bao: sea salt dark chocolate almonds and cheap wine! Mmmm

    @MrsH: I'd say it is mildly sweet. I normally hate sweet wine, but this is actually my go to for summer in Texas. It is so light and easy to drink that it is great when it is 100+ degrees outside.

    This thread is so helpful...I'm 9 1/2 weeks pregnant and am having a hard time cooking anything myself, so I am loving the quick/easy frozen meal suggestions that aren't filled with ingredients I can't pronounce. There is a TJ's fairly close to me that I keep forgetting about, even though I used to practically live there in my old neighborhood.

    My own little addition is their curry chicken salad in the grab n' go section for a quick lunch. SO good. And their flowers!

    I second or third the chocolate covered almonds with sea salt. So addictive but so good. LO found them once and we thought we were busted but she thought they were "animal poo poos". Ha.

    Wine, cheese, flowers, frozen meats & veggies.

    We also make a super easy and healthy dip with their refrigerated lentils and black bean dip stirred together. Not too pretty but delish and pretty filling.

    @Mrs D: I just had my wisdom teeth out and lived on the tomato/red pepper soup! SO GOOD!

    my favorites:
    pumpkin muffin/bread mix
    tomato red pepper soup
    butternut squash soup
    sweet chili sauce
    sesame oil (cheaper here than anywhere else)
    cookie butter
    chocolate covered almonds
    pretzel bread
    pre-made pizza dough (we like the garlic/herb one for just bread with dinner)
    tortellini (I get the spinach too, but also cheese and the proscetto one is good!)
    tomato basil spaghetti sauce
    edamame hummus

    Frozen foods:
    orange and mandarian chicken
    fried rice
    mini quiche
    frozen hashbrowns

    I'm sure three are a bunch more but off the top of my head.

    if you ever have a party, the cheese selection is great too!
