We're planning a 2 week trip to Europe from the east coast this summer and I'm not sure what to do for LO's sleep. We have a travel PnP (I think it's just the most basic/smaller Graco version) which works great for trips, but it seems unnecessarily large and cumbersome to haul overseas for a trip. We will be doing VRBO/Airbnb type rentals, so unlikely they will have a crib for us (and also unlikely I would feel comfortable with it!). I'm not opposed to cosleeping but it just doesn't work that well for us and I think 2 weeks straight would not be doable at all. I know they make more compact/lighter travel cribs but I don't really want to buy something just for one trip (and I know DH will not want to).

I can even figure out how we'd bring the PnP, it has it's own travel bag (not super sturdy). Would we check it by itself? Does that count as a bag? Would we pack it in a checked bag?

Help!
