A friend and I got her the Breza formula maker which she said has been a godsend. But I'd also like to continue to get her useful and/or cute twin things. She's one of my very best friends (1 of 2 bridesmaids in my wedding). So I'll probably continue sending things here and there. Any and all recommendations welcome. Even websites or stores to look at would be good.
Oh and she has a 2.75yo girl already. So she has lots of girl stuff but not a lot of boy. No idea if that matters but sharing anyway.

Does she have 2 swings? Our friends with twins all loved having 2 swings, so both babies could be happy at once!

Does she have two bouncers? Friggin' god sends.
For me, what was most welcome were acts of service, ESPECIALLY taking the dog overnight. My twins were born in November in Seattle, so it was wet and cold and I didn't want to take my tiny 4.5lb daughter outside for long periods of time, so the poor dog suffered.

@meganmp: I wish I lived close to her because I agree that whether or not it's a singleton or multiple, acts of service rock! She's a good 2.5 hrs away though so it's hard. I'm trying to plan a weekend in May where I can go for like 24 hours and help in any way she needs it!

I know you're probably looking for something more personalized but what about a gift cert or annual pass to an indoor play gym for her older daughter? Or a day pass for doggie daycare for their dog? Or a Hello Fresh meal box?

I loved the Twin Breast Friend pillow for tandem nursing, if she's nursing. I also really liked the Boppy Lounger for propping one baby up beside me while I was holding the other, since my kids were too tiny for the traditional boppy for a long time. My kids had these comfy blankets for tucking around their car seats and in the stroller. I liked that they were sort of boy and girl-ish, without being pastel pink and sky blue.

I would suggest a basket of things to keep her oldest busy - Melissa & Doug has lots of reusable sticker pads, drawing pads that require just water, dot markers, small puzzles, etc. My oldest is almost 5 so he's a bit more independent but it's still challenging trying to keep him occupied when I feed my twins.

The one thing we definitely needed when we added the twins to our family was a playpen to keep them somewhat safe from their siblings (mine were 24m and 3.75y). They would cuddle and snuggle the babies all day if we let them. Also the playpen means we have a safe place for one of them when we dote to other. Like changing a diaper. We have a good quality mattress in ours so that they can sleep in it during the day.
If you like the clothes route I like to sometimes dress my b/g twins in coordinating outfits. So same type sleeper but different colors or same pants but different tops.
Not sure what climate your friend lives in but I love one piece fleece buntings for stroller walks or car rides when it's still too cold to go without. They are usually easy to put on and keep baby warm without adding bulk in the carseat.
And PP comments about things for the older LO are very true especially if the 2.75y old isn't in daycare/preschool. Mine love playing with playdoh or duplos, keeps their attention for quite a while.

@twodoghouse: I second the "my brest friend" twin sized nursing pillow if she's nursing - but you mentioned the breeza so probably not....
I also LOVE my twingo carrier. It can be used as a twin carrier (one front one back) or separated so mom and dad can separately front carry or back carry. Super versatile!

Ah, the Brezza is so awesome, you already knocked it out of the park! I would also recommend two boppy loungers and two bouncer seats. In the first year, I used those items constantly!

If you've already bought a Breza you probably don't want to spend a ton, and this is expensive but it's so cool! It's called a table for two!
