I'm currently on day 4 of taking Prometrium (didn't take it yet) to jump start AF because I have PCOS. Last night, DH and I were going out for drinks and something told me to just POAS.
Top is last night, bottom is FMU today. Are these evaps? They both appeared within 5-10 minutes.

I think I see something in both but I have been burned by wondfos before. However I do think they pick up really low hcg and fmu is not always best for testing anyway. If you want more clarity I would take a frer later with a good hold. And/or have your husband take a wondfo and see if that batch is prone to evaps

@bhbee: thanks! We're going out again tonight with friends so I might "splurge" and use an FRER before we go. I was burned by a Wondfo last cycle, so I'm weary, but never had two evaps in a 12 hour period.

My FRER was 
this afternoon. I have a total of 4 cheapies that look like the pic I posted. I even dipped one in water to see if it would show the same shadow but it was stark white.
I'll do another cheapie tomorrow maybe and save my FRER for Monday?

@Mrs. Oreo: go to Walmart and get their cheap First Signal 88 cent test. I have darker positives in the afternoon than I do with FMU. I think it has something to do with PCOS. The FRER looked like this pic and the First Response is the purple. The FRER failed me!

@Mrs. Oreo: yikes! But at least since they're so cheap you can stock up lol and yes, I was shocked at the difference. Especially since I'm peeing on about $4 a pop with the FRER!

@Mrs.Panda: somewhere around Christmas week. I was just thinking about when I first thought I ovulated based on CM and there was a day a week or so later I went "hmmm?" Because the same pattern of CM happened. I wonder if my body geared to O the first time and then actually did it later. I got an almost positive OPK around that second time, I wish I can remember which day I took it!

@Mrs. Oreo: I totally agree with @Mrs.Panda: ! The Walmart ones are awesome. Do you live near a dollar store? Those are my "go to" pregnancy tests and are pretty much identical to the walmart ones.

@Coral: I do live near a couple of them. I always buy like 5-10 each cycle, alternating between the two. I might have to find a third one to hit up!
You guys, I'm gonna end up looking like the HPT lady around town, as opposed to the bag lady.

And I'm also glad I pushed my doc for Prometrium instead of Provera. I'm continuing to take it for now in case it's a fluke and I can still induce AF.

Also, an opk will blaze positive for pregnancy too! If you want to try peeing on more things

@SweetiePie: I didn't get a positive on a OPK when I was preggo with my 1st and it was freaking me out! (It took about a week). No idea why it didn't work that time.

@SweetiePie: For me, OPKs blaze positive when I'm already getting true, dark positives on HPTs. Annoying!
