Okay, so I shouldn’t have looked after 30 minutes because now I’m wondering…
Top is a wondfo with FMU… but the line didn’t show up until outside the testing window. I don’t know how long, I came back and looked around 30 minutes.
So after seeing that, I used SMU mostly to see if I’d get another evap on a wondfo…
Come be crazy and overanalyze pee sticks with me

The top looks like a true positive to me. 30 min isn't that far outside of the window and any time I had an evap it was a suuuuper squinter. That said, I don't see anything on the 2nd so that gives me pause. How many DPO are you?

@JennyPenny: thanks!! no clue on DPO… I haven’t had a period since getting my IUD removed. I used SMU on the second one, about 30 minutes after the first. I wasn’t expecting to see anything on the second if it’s super early, since it wasn’t a four hour hold or anything, but more curious to see if an evap line would show up.

That’s pretty dark! But evaps can be crazy sometimes so I’d try to manage expectations and do it again tomorrow. Fingers crossed for you!

@bhbee: @poppygirl15: I woke up in the middle of the night to pee (which never happens) and FMU was pretty light… there may be a squinter but I’m not sure.

@Lilfarmer: Length of hold matters so much! I'm currently 6 weeks and tested obsessively (due to multiple early issues) until a few days ago when I had a first ultrasound. There was one night where I woke up in the middle of the night to pee and that day the line with FMU was ~1/2 as dark as the previous day and I started freaking out about another loss, but the next day it was back to where it should be.
I don't think you're out yet. My fingers are crossed for you!

@karenbme: thank you! That makes me feel a lot better! I’ve been trying to do a four hour hold and I just can’t, I don’t know if it’s symptom spotting or what but it feels like I go way more often now that I’m trying not to! I also have super sore boobs… hopefully tomorrow will bring some clarity.
I read about an evap line trick where you dip the test in water and if it’s an evap, it’ll disappear… not sure if there’s much validity to it, but the line didn’t disappear.

@Lilfarmer: FWIW that line is much darker than any evap I've ever gotten. The trick that I've heard, too, is that if it looks at all pink it isn't an evap, even if you invert the colors in your photo and it shows up at all green/blue that's an indication that your phone picked up some pink.

@karenbme: me too. My husband thinks I should test tomorrow with an FRER. I’ve had some nausea, super sore boobs, and some nipple leakage (my youngest is almost 6… so super weird!)
