Just a head's up to Mr.Bee.
Something is up with HB on the iphone. It keeps redirecting to some gaming site and simultaneously opening my app store.
It isn't my Chrome; it's HB. I have gone to other websites with no issues. I also entered HB from DH's phone and same issue came up.
As a heads up to the Bees: I wouldn't go on HB from my iphone if I were you.

I'm on Safari on my iPhone right now and I haven't seen this issue. Do you have to click on different threads to see this? I've viewed a few threads in the past 10 min and haven't seen anything like this.
Could it be the Chrome app? Have you tried the Safari?

I had this happen once a few days ago, I thought I had clicked something by accident. I was really taken aback when I was all of a sudden in the app store! Good to know.

This has happened on my Mac desktop a few times over the past couple of months. It's always a dieting ad related to Christina Aguilera (sp?). It drives me crazy. I'll try to screen shot for Mr. Bee next time it happens.

We've gotten some reports that some ads will trigger a popup in the iPhone, like this:
http://help.hellobee.com/topic/this-keeps-popping-up-while-im-on-the-siteIs that what you're seeing? We've had a hard time blocking these ads, which Google Adsense should not be allowing. If you click Cancel in the popup, nothing should happen... if you do click OK, you get taken to the app store.
Trying to track down these ads! Let me know if that's what you guys are seeing...

@mrbee: No. I was in the boards.hellobee.com tab on my iPhone? Saw the post title, clicked it, and it started to pull up another site in the same tab. No new window. About half way through loading the page, it brought up my App store. I double elclicked the home button to get out of the App store before it finished loading then closed the app store and closed the tab in Safari.
There was no warning. No pop ups. Just instant.

I feel like maybe if I switch to Safari this might stop?This just started for me this morning, too. Last night was perfectly fine.

I've had this happen, too. On my desktop, I've also had some pop-ups while using HB that looked related to some of the ads.

Does anyone remember the website it sent you to, or the name of the app that opened up in the App Store?

@mrbee: Firefox on my desktop and it was a website for a diet ad that featured Christina Aguilera. It's not a redirect, it's an ad that opens in a new tab for me.

It's automatically taking me to another site, which then opens up app store. the site is ads.glispa.com
It just started happening to me as well using safari on the iphone. When app store opens, I"m consistently getting the Game of War - Fire Age app shown above.
There isn't a pop-up.

@mrbee: right, it won't even let me hit cancel. Plus a new page doesn't pop up, it opens in the same window as Hellobee is in. It happens immediately for me, won't even let me click on a thread. It's fine on my iPad though.

Just happened to me on iPhone, safari. In ever saw a pop-up, just the open App Store.

Sorry guys, sounds like some rogue ads in the system! Once I have more URLs and screenshots, I can submit a report to Google and hopefully get these blocked!
