What are your weekend plans?

We have a pretty jam packed weekend. Now that school has been underway for a while, seems like all the great fall activities have begun. Plus lots of birthdays!

Tonight we're going over to a friend's house for dinner (they have two kids Charlie and Olive's age and we usually hang out every weekend).

Tomorrow we're going to the Chili Pepper Festival at the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, and then I'm going to a concert in Central Park.

Sunday is our yearly block party which is always a blast.

This past week our entire family was sick, so we also need to catch up on cleaning!

Sounds like a fun weekend!

The kids have bad colds so we're going to stay home tonight and watch the Lego movie (B's school is playing it tonight but taking all three out before bedtime by myself, while they all have the sniffles sounds rough). Tomorrow, lots of cleaning and Sunday we'll go to church and the apple orchard.

Shooting family photos and senior photos Sunday.

This time of year I don't have much of a weekend

I made chilli pepper flakes this last week from my CSA, so rad y'all have a festival in NYC.

Nothing besides cleaning and laundry! We had a really busy/active/fun weekend last, and it resulted in me having really bad hip pain and just feeling so exhausted so I need to rest up!

Tomorrow: hosting birthday party at our house

Sounds fun!

I may take Liam to the fair tonight, but it depends on traffic. I have a terribly boring class I have to take tomorrow so I can volunteer in Liam's classroom, then we might stop by a friend's house to deliver a gift because we're missing the party. Sunday we will get things done and Sunday night we have reservations at a trendy restaurant downtown because a client gave my husband a gift card.

Tomorrow morning I’m leading our department at the 5k Walk for Alzheimer’s; so I’ll be checking in co-workers and stuff. I’ll bring LO with me, and we will probably do the walk too.

Then we are going to drop a bunch of LO’s outgrown clothes, books and toys off at a domestic violence shelter, drop off a bunch of handmade cat beds at the animal shelter and grab lunch.

Sunday I’ll be recuperating from Saturday!!

Tomorrow we're taking D to HersheyPark for the first time. Then we're going to my in-laws' for dinner. It's going to be a long day with potential for no nap, which is fine because it gives me an excuse to duck out of the in-laws' early.

Sunday, no set plans. Grocery shopping. Football-watching. Maybe making some stromboli.

LO will be with my parents tomorrow while DH and I go out on a long awaited double date to NYC with our best friends. We'll be watching Book of Mormon, and I can't wait! Sunday, there's church and then a fall festival in our town that we'll bring LO to.

Today I had a marathon day at school: group work, presentation.
Tomorrow we're stopping by my favorite antique shop/second hand store in town - it's their last day (they're closing down)
On Sunday, we weigh and measure our pumpkin, then I pack and brace myself for a week of being away from LO and DH

Sounds fun!! There's always something so unique and fun to do in New York!

Strangely enough, I'm going to a Renaissance Fair! It's totally not my kinda thing, but we just moved to a new area (kind of), and some new and very welcoming friends invited us, so DH and I thought it'd be a nice way to get to make some closer friends.

I'm excited for this wk end, tomorrow morning we're going to a renaissance fair, then we're going to dinner & blue man group. Sunday morning, church, then lots of homework.

sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep!!!!

Probably not though, like @aegie: we are going apple picking. I'm excited for it! My awesome SIL is coming from Chicago to visit us (ok, really LO), so we'll try to do some other fun things too... We might go to a harvest festival, or maybe to the zoo.

I am really going to have to push past the first trimester sleepies!

There is a really cool festival downtown we were planning on taking LO to tomorrow, but my truck is in the shop and ... I would just take public transit but alas ... DH left the stroller AND the ergo in the car when he dropped it off at the mechanic.

So, we are heading to the farmer's market tomorrow and then I am going to cook for everyone, so I am looking forward to that!

I'm hoping to catch up on lots of sleep! Also we have to buy some boring things like smoke detectors and a larger fire extinguisher. We also have a coupon to the movie theater that expires on Sunday so we will go use that.
