I keep seeing this commercial for Dole fruit bowls where the lady goes "oh, they're drainers" and I HATE it. Forget not buying the product, it makes me want to murder the actors. I haven't hated a commercial this much since the Philadelphia cream cheese angel (who I actually met in a bar once, and I told her I hated her. Whoops) What commercial makes you want to change the channel?

Local commercials are the worst. There's 2 in particular with really bad, cheesy jingles - a car service and a law firm. M keeps singing the law one now - "Don't wait, call 8"

There's a commercial for some bank where the actors are a bunch of penguins (not sure why) and they can't find time to make an appointment with the bank.
I hate it because it makes no sense. Their excuses are that they aren't home because they have activities in the evening. So they say "It would be great if the bank came to us" and it's about how this bank will come to your home for the appointment instead of you going out..... but they aren't home! That doesn't solve the problem!
It's stupid.
There's also another with a song with the lyrics "You're so cute I want to wear you like a suit" and I think it's stupid too. Don't know what the commercial is for but that song is dumb.

I don't really watch commercials, lol. We have Hulu with no commercials (except at the beginning of ABC shows) and I watch netflix or shows that we buy/rent from iTunes.

Any and all Billy Fucillo commercials. They're HUUUGGE...ly annoying.

I can't stand the cell phone commercial with Jason Statham! The one where he plays all the characters... it makes me wonder what his acting career has come to if he's resorted to making awful commercials...

There's this horrible Jeep (I think???) commercial with a song about California that gets stuck in my head every day. I stopped watching baseball for a week just to get the song out of my head.

I think it's a Care.com commercial. There's a kid making messes, shoving toys in the toilet and then blaming the dog. Can't stand it! The kid is so terrible. Gives my kid ideas.

I loathe the "brains" University of Phoenix commercial. The lady sings "a degree is a degree". No!!!! Just because you have a degree does not make you qualified for any job. You have to have a degree that is relevant for the job.
I'm all for working people that get degree part time (I was one!). It is just the "degree is a degree" line that is bothersome to me.

I hate the We're drainers DOLE commercial. It always plays twice which I think is what made me notice it even more.
It is also very annoying when people come on to a forum on this that asks > What commercial do you hate? And respond with the fact that they don't watch commercials. So why even answer the question? -
Commercials for Viagra or similar products that are on daytime television, esp. when it's a kids show. WHY?
I love the Haribo gummy bears commercial. Hilarious.

Any nyc'ers who have seen the NYC recycling commercials with the shampoo bottle being turned into a comb? They have been running for no lie, 2 years. So annoying. And of course my LO is obsesssssed. Starting from birth, she would become enthralled. When she was crawling she would race across the house to watch. Walking she'd run from the other end of the house when she hear the intro music. Still to this day at 2 she is obsessed

@meadow: I knowwwww it's always a 2 for 1 special. My daughter continues to lose her mind with excitement every time it plays...so that lessens the annoyness somewhat

I really dislike the Febreeze commercial that says if you spray the product, your cat litter box won't smell. I always feel like, just change your cat's litter and then it won't smell! Problem solved!
