I lived in Holland for three years when I was 7-10, but otherwise always Canada.

Just Canada!

US, France and Austria.

US, Honduras, Bolivia, and Ecuador. In an ideal world I'd add a few more to the list!!

US, UK, and Australia. Currently living in England again, probably permanently.

I've mostly lived in the US, but I did study abroad in Siena, Italy for a semester if that counts.

I lived in several regions of the US from childhood to college, then moved to Japan for four years, Hong Kong for four years (DD1 and DD2 were born there), and came back to the US (New York) close to two years ago. I'd love to do a few more international stints once the girls are all big enough to remember!

New Zealand (24 years), Japan (3 years), USA (3 years), plus a 2 month stint in Germany where because I worked I technically immigrated.

We plan on staying in the US for a few years but would like to do a year or two back in NZ and hopefully another stint somewhere in Asia (maybe Singapore or Hong Kong?)

Mostly just the US. But I did a 2 month study abroad in Japan in high school and a 4 month study abroad in Costa Rica in college.
