My 16 month old:
Breakfast- veggie muffin, yogurt and blue berries
Lunch- pasta with alfredo sauce, bacon and peas, roasted squash
Snack- madarin oranges and a peanut butter crackers
Dinner- chicken, sweet potato fries and a very little bit of rice
To drink- 1(8oz cup) of whole milk and lots of water
I think fish sticks and something else
