Everyone is sleeping. Mr. Bee fell asleep putting Olive down, and he usually wakes up in the middle of the night and starts working.
So it's just me and my wine right now. I could
a) work
b) clean because my mom is coming to visit next week and
c) catch up on suits
I'm thinking about cleaning for an hour then watching Suits. A pretty typical Friday night.

Trying to clean up the week's mess! Prepping for my DS's 3rd bday party. I want to watch TV but can't afford to or I will fall asleep and get nothing done

I cooked chicken and dumplings in honor of our "new" insta-fall weather, had a beer (yum!), and am now preparing to fold laundry and watch the Tudors. I think I vaguely remember when Fridays were supposed to be for crazy shenanigans, though I am pretty sure that my use of the word "shenanigans" means I am too old for that s*** anyways...

I went to dinner with my husband and two year old tonight. We drove around for a while until the little one fell asleep and then my husband fell asleep on the couch afterwards, so I'm catching up on last night's episode of Project Runway.

Lately, it's been trying to survive the sleep deprivation and exhaustion that comes with having 4 week old twins. Otherwise, it'd be out to dinner with friends, then sleep!

We pretty much always stay in. My coworker, also with young kids, is always doing something and making me feel lame. I'm just so exhausted by Friday and prefer to just chill on the couch after a long week!
