I haven't been posting long but I've been lurking either here or on wedding bee for about 5 years now. When I'm on my computer at night, my husband always asks me "are you being a bee?" And he'll ask what level I'm at

He just kind of chuckles at it all. I refer to them as the baby boards so he will definitely ask me if I am reading baby boards when I am on my phone.

He's not too aware of it. Like he knows I post on what we call "the parenting board" or "the mommy board", but I don't think he could say what it's called, or what I post about, etc.
I definitely show him funny stuff from here sometimes, though!

He tells me to go ask my internet friends if we are stumped with something DD related. He thinks it's a great source for information and support.

He will ask if I'm on my boards. Lol. But, he thinks some of it is a good idea. Like the community support I had during my infertility period. But he also thinks some of it is ridiculous.. But that is also me sharing selective stories

He wanted to know my username at one point (out of curiosity of what I picked, not to look me up) but still I was like no way! Not that he couldn't easily find it on my computer/phone

He thinks it's weird that I spend so much time on here (and spend money for gold), but he doesn't care much. He doesn't ask about it really. The only time it comes up is if I bring up something I've read to get his opinion.

I've been on here (and wedding bee) for almost 6 years, so he's used to it. He sometimes asks about bees, and he really liked that I had an outlet for my crazy when we were TTC

DH calls HB my "bitch blogs." I assume because he thinks we are all here complaining about our husbands, not that the ladies on here are all bitches. He probably thinks I'm on here too much, but he spends so much time in front of his computer/with his iPhone that he shouldn't judge. He has grudgingly acknowledged that I've gotten good advice on here.

He occasionally tells me to get off hellobee (jokingly) or he asks if I double checked with yall or got a certain idea or opinion from you guys but otherwise he doesn't say much.

DH knows I am on HB a lot. Sometimes he will say something like " ask your Hellobee ladies. They are like experts right. "

HB is also a verb as in "Why don't you Hellobee it?" Or "Did you Hellobee that?" He thinks it is my encyclopedia and I have to really convince him you are live people.

Ha, interesting that lots of the DHs tell you to ask the community! Mine knows it's where I get most of my info, and it was so helpful for support during loss and IF. I also share some of the stories with him of some of the more prolific members or funny threads like the grapefruit in one awhile back

I tell him lots from it and if he rolls his eyes, it's in his head because he never seems to think it's silly. He's on Reddit a lot and says it's similar, but less community like, so he gets it.

Mine hasnt really said anything, though he's really into boats and golf and he is active on boards related to those topics so I think it's kind of the same. He does say what do your internet friends say? sometimes but I think that's somthing he got from me because i started it when he would ask me what I thought about troubleshooting something on the boat.

I've use the term "I'll ask The Bee" once and now he asks me all the time "What do the bees say?" Or "Are you going to ask the hive people?" Lol
Granted I came from Wedding Bee, so he might think it's one in the same.
