Let me think... Megan Fox. Megan McArthur (astronaut), plus some Dallas Cowboy's cheerleaders but that doesn't really count as famous. Oh, and Megan Follows, the "Anne of Green Gables" actress.
I don't love my name, so I usually go by the Albanian version of my name. I don't think there are any famous people named Migena.
