We have a 3.5% interest rate on our home loan, I honestly have no idea how that compares to others...I've never asked anyone! So I'm curious, what's the interest rate on your home loan?

I think 3.3 and it's variable. It hasn't gone above that in the 6 years we've had it but my husband is looking into locking in part of our mortgage at a lower fixed rate for a term.

We are building a home and are at 3.75% (sadly I guess interest rates are back on the rise over here) but it's still lower than what we had when we bought our last house in 2012.
