LO is 7 months and she usually wakes at 6:30 or 7 and cat naps around 9:30 or 10. She takes another cat nap in the afternoon around 2:30. I wish she would sleep more at home! She only takes long naps when we are out of the house in the car and stroller.

Is it common to have a nap schedule for smaller babies? Ours are 6 months and they just nap whenever they get cranky after their bottle.

She usually wakes up around 8:30, naps around 10:30 for 20-30 minutes, and takes a longer (hopefully) nap in the afternoon. It's most often around 1:30 or 2, but can be as early as 12 or as late as 4. She'll also often nap for 10 or 15 minutes on our evening walk.

From 6-9 months, DS woke up at 730am and went to bed at 730pm and he napped twice 10am-12pm, then 2:30pm-4:30pm. Ahhh those were the days!

Up around 6:30/7, naps around 9:15, 1, and 3:30/4 for half an hour each time. Bedtime 7-7:30. Today is an anomaly and she is currently napping her third nap already. She's a bit grumpy today. 5 months old.

My lo is 11 months and has been on the same nap schedule since about 6-7 months.
wakes up between 6-7am
9am-nap
2pm nap
bed between 7-7:30 -
Almost 1 year:
9:30 nap 1-1.5 hours
2:00 nap. 1.5-2.5 hoursBed at 6:30, wakes at 6:30 or 7
It's quite a bit of sleep -
At almost 6 months he takes 2-3 naps, depending on how long they are. Wake at 6:30, and typically naps around 8:30, 12:30, and short nap around 4ish.

8.5 months and he wakes 7/730 naps at 10-11/1130 and then again at 2/230-4. Bath at 6/630!

12 months and on one nap per day after lunch. 60-80 mins at daycare, up to 2 hours at home. Usually around 12:30-2:30.
