Profile that showed kids ages when posting on the boards. Especially for gold members!

Also, i would rather have posts automatically come up in the date started format. It is a pain to change it every time.

Mention notifications within HB. On postathon nights my inbox gets crazy and I often miss comments and then feel like a d-bag. It could just be a number at the top that would go down if you return to that thread.

@mrbee: your iPhone tricks thread taught me to touch. The tip of the screen to scroll to top - changed my life! You should sticky the tip even though it's not an HB feature.

Threaded message replies. It becomes really hard to follow what people are replying to sometimes. I know you've posted about the difficulty of this before but I just wanted to let you know I'm still wishing for it!
ETA: see example of post above this one for why I would want it! I don't know what the ditto is in response to!

@mrbee: I'm not clear on why deleting off your own wall needs to be restricted? If a scammer deleted a post from a legit user off their wall, why would that be a problem?

I would like to see number of kids, ages, or due date either on the members profile, or as a signature line when posting or maybe out by their name.

I added a new suggestion of a quick link to jump to the new posts in a thread since you last visited. Like a bookmark so that when you return to a thread you were previously reading you can start where you left off.

@sunny: If there were a Scammer (let's call him Scammer Scott, just for alliterative purposes) and he tried to scam you... you might post a message to his wall to warn others (or even just a question asking for an update). If Scammer Scott could just delete your warnings, then others might proceed to get scammed by him.
We've actually dealt with a bunch of scammers on some other sites we've run, and have learned firsthand that they can be really clever about stuff like this! So that's why we set it up this way... hopefully we can provide a better solution over time though!

Agree with previous posters with having your LOs birth date(s) and/or future due date next to your name could be a cool feature.

@sunny: @Dandelion: Ah alas, we can't offer threaded comments with the current software platform that we're programming on top of!
Maybe if we rewrite the underlying platform some day, we may be able to offer threaded comments at that point? But that would be years away...

I dont know if this is even possible with coding, but I would like to be able to reply to people on different pages, but all in the same thread, without having to open up a Word document. Sometimes I want to reply to people from a page or so ago, and the current page, all in one comment and its not possible. Or, maybe I dont know how to do it! I end up opening up a word doc and going page by page, and then copy and pasting.

@mrbee: I wonder if it might be helpful to weigh the desire for this feature vs the potential for that situation to arise on this site. So far it seems like the kind of community where a member might contact you first if something was going on?
ETA: Oops sorry, I was referring to deleting things off walls! See, this is why we need threaded replies!
